Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack 12 rolls - King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 6 slices Sliced turkey
  • 6 slices Sliced ham
  • 6 slices Sliced salami
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 cups Iceberg lettuce finely chopped
  • 1/2 small - Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini diced
  • 1/4 cup Banana peppers diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut Rolls:

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

Layer Ingredients:

  • Add layers of turkey, ham, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.

Bake:

  • Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Prepare Grinder Salad:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, red onion, pepperoncini, and banana peppers. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss the dressing with the salad ingredients.

Assemble Sliders:

  • Remove the rolls from the oven. Spoon half of the salad mixture over the cheese layer. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.

Add Topping:

  • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Serve:

  • Slice into individual sliders. Serve with the remaining salad mixture on the side for added topping.
