In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and then whisk in the buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
Gently fold in 0.33 cup of the sprinkles into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Scatter the remaining sprinkles evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
