  • 6 pieces Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened, at room temperature
  • 1 cup Chocolate Melting chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles Optional for decoration

Preparation

  • Crush the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the crushed cakes and mix well until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to set.

Dipping

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip the frozen truffles into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place back on the parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  • Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Truffles can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
