Cilantro Lime Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems, packed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnais e
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly wash and dry the cilantro to ensure proper emulsion and texture.
  • Place the cilantro, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, cumin, and olive oil into a food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Process the mixture on high speed until the cilantro is finely minced and the sauce achieves a smooth, uniform consistency.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust acidity or salinity as needed.
  • Transfer the sauce to a sealed container and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to integrate.
