- 2 boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 3.4 oz each
- 2 cups Cold Milk
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream
- 8 –10 Ripe Bananas sliced
- 1 box Vanilla Wafers
In a mixing bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
Fold in Cool Whip gently until smooth.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer vanilla wafers at the bottom.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the wafers evenly.
Layer sliced bananas over the pudding.
Repeat the layers of wafers, pudding, and bananas once more.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
