Ingredients
  

For the Lavender Infusion

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds

For the Mocktail

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Use fresh for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 2 cups water
  • Ice Ice For serving.
  • Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add the dried lavender buds and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the lavender infusion to remove the buds.
  • In a pitcher, combine the coconut water, lemon juice, simple syrup, and lavender infusion. Stir well.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices. Enjoy!

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to two days in the fridge. Do not freeze after mixing, as the texture may be affected.
