Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice or good quality store-bought
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk full-fat for creaminess
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: Orange zest for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients and a blender.
  • Add 1 cup of orange juice to the blender.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar, adjusting for desired sweetness.
  • Drop in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a tiny pinch of salt.
  • Add about 1 cup of ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy (approximately 30 seconds).
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes. For a thinner drink, add more orange juice.
Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours and re-blended before serving.
Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for a quick blended version later.
