Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the cottage cheese, one and a half bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Process on high speed for approximately 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and free of curds.
  • Slice the remaining half banana into thin rounds for garnish.
  • Transfer the blended pudding into two individual serving bowls.
  • Top with the sliced banana rounds and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set to a firmer consistency.
