Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, one and a half bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process on high speed for approximately 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and free of curds.
Slice the remaining half banana into thin rounds for garnish.
Transfer the blended pudding into two individual serving bowls.
Top with the sliced banana rounds and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set to a firmer consistency.
