Ingredients
  

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast (about 4–5 lbs)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • In a small pot, combine cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and melted butter. Simmer 5–7 minutes until cranberries soften and glaze thickens.
  • Place turkey breast in prepared baking dish. Brush with glaze and scatter herbs around. Roast 20–25 minutes, basting every 10 minutes, until golden and a thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let turkey rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra herbs and orange slices, then serve.

Notes

Pat the turkey breast dry before roasting for crispy skin. You can prepare the glaze up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate. Leftovers keep for up to 3 days. For variations, try adding spices like ginger or cloves, or swap the glaze base with white wine or broth for a savory twist.
