Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone mat
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula
  • Tablespoon or small scoop
  • Skillet (for toasting pecans)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or chopped bars
  • 1 ½ cups pecans lightly toasted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • Small handful of crushed pretzels

Instructions

  • Prepare your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Toast the pecans: Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast pecans for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and slightly darkened. Let them cool completely.
  • Melt the white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • Combine ingredients: Stir in toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Form clusters: Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.
  • Store: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter for better melting and flavor.
Adjust sweetness by using dark chocolate instead of white.
Experiment with add-ins like cinnamon or caramel drizzle for variations.
