Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 80 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 80 g butter Melted
  • 230 g Girl Guide biscuits, finely crushed About 1 packet
  • 60 g dried cranberries/craisins
  • 60 g pistachios Chopped

Topping Ingredients

  • 190 g white chocolate Melted
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil To add to melted chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp freeze-dried raspberries, crushed Optional for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a slice tin approximately 20 x 20 cm with baking paper.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Add crushed biscuits, cranberries, and pistachios to the melted mixture and stir well to combine.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin using a metal spoon and chill in the freezer.

Topping and Setting

  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  • Add vegetable oil to the melted chocolate and mix until glossy.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberries on top if desired.
  • Place the slice in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Can freeze for up to three months.
