Preparation

  • Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Serving

  • Serve the sliced chicken over cooked rice and drizzle with creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try using shrimp instead of chicken, or substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version. Add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
