Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic into a food processor or high-speed blender.
Process the mixture on high speed for approximately 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth and aerated.
Transfer the blended base into a chilled mixing bowl.
Fold in the finely chopped chives and dill using a silicone spatula until evenly distributed.
Season the dip with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to service to allow the herb aromatics to infuse the base.
Serve chilled with vegetable crudites or whole-grain crackers.
