Cooking Pasta and Beef

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Making the Sauce

  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Notes
