Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Parmesan cheese (optional, for sprinkling)

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

To keep any leftovers fresh, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For reheating, pop them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp them up again. Slicing mushrooms evenly ensures consistent cooking.
