  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Start by patting the ribs dry with paper towels.
  • Rub olive oil all over them.
  • In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each rib with the spice mix until well covered.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and tender.
  • Let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them into pieces.

Notes

For storing leftovers, place the ribs in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for up to three days. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them for up to three months. To reheat, simply pop them back into the air fryer or use the oven at a low temperature until warmed through.
