  • 1 large large onion Thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated for best results
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil Can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Thinly slice the onion into rings.
  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each onion slice with avocado oil, then dip into the cheese mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
