  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Can substitute with vegetable oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Can substitute with fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Experiment with different spices.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze cooked fries for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 400°F (205°C) for best texture.
