Crock Pot Cheesesteak Tortellini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon sal t
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the sliced beef, onions, and bell peppers into the slow cooker.
  • Add the beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  • Stir in the frozen cheese tortellini and heavy cream.
  • Cover and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  • Fold in 1 cup of provolone cheese until melted.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and allow to melt before serving.
