Ingredients
  

  • 2 large English cucumbers, sliced into half-moons
  • 1/2 red onion , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onions.
  • In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
