Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • 1/2 green apple chopped
  • 3 handfuls baby spinach or kale
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup coconut water optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew green tea, let it cool to room temperature.
  • Wash and chop all produce.
  • Add green tea, cucumber, apple, spinach/kale, and ginger into a blender.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and coconut water (if using) and blend again.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use English cucumbers for a milder taste.
Organic green tea provides the best antioxidants.
Adjust sweetness by adding honey or a banana if needed.
For a protein boost, add Greek yogurt or plant-based protein powder.
