- 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
- 2 lemons juiced and zested
- 8 cups filtered water
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
Thinly slice the cucumber to maximize flavor infusion.
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, and grated fresh ginger.
Add the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
Pour in the filtered water and add a pinch of sea salt.
Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
