Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons juiced and zested
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice the cucumber to maximize flavor infusion.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, and grated fresh ginger.
  • Add the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.
  • Pour in the filtered water and add a pinch of sea salt.
  • Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled. Optionally, add ice cubes or extra mint for garnish.

Notes

Sea salt enhances natural flavors and balances electrolytes.
For a spicy twist, add jalapeño slices.
Try adding pineapple chunks or frozen berries for sweetness and extra antioxidants.
Prepare in batches and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
