Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large eg g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all -purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal t
  • 1.5 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs, roughly crushed
  • 0.5 cup semi -sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate chips using a spatula.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
