Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, ranch seasoning, and dill weed to create the garlic ranch sauce. Set aside.
  • Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, instant yeast, and salt with warm water. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread a thin layer of garlic ranch sauce onto the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Layer the sliced dill pickles evenly on top.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and serve.

Notes

For an extra tangy kick, drizzle some pickle juice on the pizza before serving.
