- 300 grams green beans (or Chinese long beans)
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1/2 cups neutral oil vegetable, peanut, or canola
- Fine ground sea salt to taste
- A pinch of mushroom or chicken bouillon powder
Flash-Fry the Beans:
Heat oil in a wide skillet or wok to 400°F.
Fry the green beans in batches for about 45 seconds, or until they start to wrinkle.
Drain the beans on a wire rack to remove excess oil.
