In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and black pepper until smooth.
Stir the shredded chicken into the soup mixture until thoroughly combined.
Pour the chicken mixture over the stuffing layer in the baking dish, spreading it to the edges.
Sprinkle the remaining stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken layer.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the stuffing is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling at the edges.
