- 1 medium dragon fruit ripe
- 2-3 medium lemons freshly juiced
- 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes optional

Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer.
Blend the dragon fruit until smooth.
In a pitcher, combine the blended dragon fruit, lemon juice, and honey/agave syrup.
Add cold water and mix well.
