  • Liquid measuring cups
  • Sturdy glass or stainless steel pitcher
  • Citrus juicer
  • Glass mason jars with lids for storage
  • Mixing Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium dragon fruit ripe
  • 2-3 medium lemons freshly juiced
  • 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
  • Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer.
  • Blend the dragon fruit until smooth.
  • In a pitcher, combine the blended dragon fruit, lemon juice, and honey/agave syrup.
  • Add cold water and mix well.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a sparkling version, replace half the water with sparkling water.
White-fleshed dragon fruit offers a milder taste, while red-fleshed dragon fruit provides a more intense color and sweetness.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
