Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole raw carrots Peel and cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for drizzling over the carrots.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Seasoning for flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper To taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380° F.
  • Peel and cut the carrots into 1-2 inch pieces.
  • Place the carrots in a medium-sized mixing bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.
  • Mix thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle over the carrots. Toss to coat.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned carrots into the air fryer in an even layer (some overlapping is okay).
  • Cook them for about 10-12 minutes until tender and crispy around the edges.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For freezing, spread cooked carrots on a baking sheet to freeze individually, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
