Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients – In a bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Prepare the Baking Sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly to your preferred thickness.
  • Bake – Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze tightly wrapped for up to three months. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
