Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, and cumin.
Place two tortillas in the bottom of the prepared dish, cutting to fit if necessary.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Repeat the layers: two more tortillas, the remaining chicken mixture, and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Top with the final two tortillas and the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with cilantro.
