Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
Steam the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp, then drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce into the skillet with the shrimp and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens.
Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce.
Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
