Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 6-cup jumbo muffin tin.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle and cut into 6 long strips, approximately 2 inches wide.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce down the center of each strip.
Place pepperoni slices along the top edge of the strip, overlapping them slightly so the top half of the pepperoni hangs over the edge of the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and dried oregano over the bottom half of the dough strip.
Fold the bottom half of the dough up over the cheese, covering the bottom half of the pepperoni slices.
Carefully roll the strip from one end to the other to create the rose shape and place into the prepared muffin tin.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
