Place the top slab of rolls over the cranberry sauce layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the butter mixture evenly across the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
