Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium saucepan, combine frozen meatballs and marinara sauce over medium-low heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Mix softened butter and garlic powder in a small bowl and brush onto the inner surfaces of the rolls.
Place rolls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
Place 4 to 5 meatballs into each toasted roll and spoon over additional sauce.
Top each sandwich with 2 slices of provolone cheese, Parmesan, and dried oregano.
Return the subs to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
