Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup of water to a glass.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tsp of honey.
  • Mix well and serve chilled.
  • Enjoy during or after exercise for optimal hydration.

Notes

Adjust salt and honey to taste. You can also try adding a splash of coconut water for extra electrolytes.
