  • 12 pieces Mini hotdogs
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry dough Thawed if frozen
  • 1 large Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a splash of water)
  • to taste Sesame seeds Optional, for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into strips.
  • Wrap each mini hotdog with a strip of dough, sealing the ends.
  • Place the wrapped hotdogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush each with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Arrange on a festive platter and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm with dips like mustard or ketchup. Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3 days.
