Noodles and Broth

  • 4 servings Ramen noodles Cooking according to package instructions
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken (sliced) Can use shrimp or tofu as a protein swap
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Sauté until fragrant
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For sautéing
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes Adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced) For garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Season with soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Let the broth simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add cooked ramen noodles to the pot and stir.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, place cooled ramen in freezer-safe bags and thaw overnight before reheating. Add water or broth to restore creaminess.
