  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, and honey. Add shrimp and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, place breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Take each marinated shrimp and coat it in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice.

Notes

Marinate the shrimp longer for extra flavor. Maintain oil temperature while frying for perfect crispiness. Avoid crowding the pan; fry in batches if needed.
