  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon sal t
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the flour tortillas on a flat work surface to prepare for assembly.
  • Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the centers of the tortillas.
  • Layer the seasoned chicken, diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese over the lettuce base.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing evenly over the fillings in each tortilla.
  • Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla toward the center to secure the ends.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom edge to the top to form a secure wrap.
  • Slice each wrap diagonally across the center and serve immediately.
