Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Distribute cooked shrimp, red bell peppers, and green onions evenly across the bottom of the pie crust.
Spread the shredded cheddar cheese over the shrimp and vegetable layer.
Whisk together eggs, milk, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
Pour the custard mixture slowly over the cheese and shrimp layers.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the custard is set and the surface is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes to firm up before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
