Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 500 ml warm water optional, for dilution

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger.
  • Grate 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric.
  • Mince 1 teaspoon of garlic.
  • In a glass, combine the ginger, turmeric, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey and stir thoroughly to mix.
  • Optionally, add 500 ml of warm water for a milder taste.
  • Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.

Notes

You can store this in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For a frozen option, pour into ice cube trays and freeze for up to 3 months.
Drink it daily during cold months or 3 times a day when sick for optimal results.
