Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Long-Grain Rice
  • 1 10.5 oz can French Onion Soup
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a baking dish, mix 1 1/4 cups of long-grain rice, 1 can (10.5 oz) of French onion soup, and 1 cup of beef broth.
  • Cut 4 tablespoons of butter into small pieces and spread it over the rice mixture.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Optional: Broil the dish with cheese on top for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
