Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop small dollops onto a parchment-lined tray.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Transfer the bites to a container for storage.

Notes

These bites can be enjoyed straight from the freezer. Best consumed within a week for optimal creaminess.
