Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Berries – Wash, hull, and chop strawberries into small pieces.
  • Mix Your Base – In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Combine Everything – Gently fold in strawberries and any optional add-ins.
  • Fill Your Molds – Spoon mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  • Freeze Until Solid – Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Store Properly – Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe container, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Notes

Greek yogurt creates a creamier texture, but regular yogurt works too.
Swap strawberries for other fruits like mango, blueberries, or raspberries.
For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
