Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pineapple tidbits drained
  • 2 canned mandarin oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup canned fruit cocktail drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries quartered
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup halved grapes
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 27 halved maraschino cherries

Instructions
 

  • Drain any canned or jarred fruits, reserving the pineapple juice.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the reserved pineapple juice with the instant vanilla pudding mix until it thickens.
  • Add the drained fruits (pineapple, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries) to the pudding mixture.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the fruits are well coated.
  • Add the blueberries, quartered strawberries, and halved grapes for added freshness.
  • Top with mini marshmallows for texture.
  • Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
