Ingredients
  

Pasta and Beef

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) Cooked until al dente
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Adjust to taste for spice levels
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Garnish and Seasoning

  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream
  • Salt to taste Salt Salt pasta water for better flavor
  • Pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce and Beef

  • In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Push beef to the side and add butter. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add pasta to the skillet and toss with beef and garlic butter.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to a month and reheat gently with added water or broth.
