  • 1 loaf of Italian or French bread
  • 6-8 fresh garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the loaf of bread into thick slices and place on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic with softened butter, salt, pepper, and optional fresh herbs (like oregano or basil).
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
