Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breasts or tenderloins
  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 stick ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the Potatoes: Cut baby potatoes in halves or quarters. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (2-3 minutes). Whisk in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  • Assemble in the Slow Cooker: Place potatoes at the bottom, then add seasoned chicken on top. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over everything.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve: Let the dish rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese if desired.

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
