Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  • Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes without stirring, until golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and stir well.
  • Toss the chicken in the garlic butter sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer or over pasta for a complete meal.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly coat chicken with cornstarch before frying.
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
