  • 3 large large potatoes Cut into fries or wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Cut the potatoes into fries or wedges. Soak in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from air fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Soak the fries for the best texture. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; give them space to cook evenly. For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil when tossing the fries. Feel free to adjust the garlic amount to suit your taste.
